Yallasafqa is a peer-to-peer marketplace operated for university students to buy and sell goods and services within their campus community. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered student of a participating university and at least 18 years old (or have verifiable guardian consent) to use Yallasafqa. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Listings and Transactions

• All listings must be accurate, lawful, and your property to sell.
• Yallasafqa is a venue — transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale.
• Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeits, stolen goods, and anything that violates your university's code of conduct.
• Listings are reviewed and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

Be respectful. Do not harass, scam, spam, or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yallasafqa is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes between users, lost items, or damages arising from transactions made on the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
